This run-down cottage was reimagined and restored by our team. At this full scale renovation, we kept period details and saved the character of the house. This cottage boasts 3.3m ceilings with intricate plasterwork throughout the house. Wood panelling throughout the house was repaired or replaced. New kitchen and bathrooms were added along with a master suite. This truly an example of old world charm meets modern comforts. 

This used to be a plain yellow brick 80s rectangular house. Our team designed and renovated this house to become a contemporary mountains holiday house. Unique cladding finishes were chosen to soften the look of the house and add 'reverse insulation' at the same time. A once dated plain house is now a mid-century modern hideaway house nestled in uninterrupted bushland.

A run-down cottage front room lovingly restored by our team. We saved, repaired and replaced some wood panelling. Fixed up plastering and restored intricate ceiling plasterwork. We also added soft plush carpet, top quality paintwork and repaired skirting and architraves to match existing style of the house. 

This was once a downstairs bar area. We created this ensuite with easy maintenance, contemporary finishes. We do many bathroom renovations from modern to cottage style bathrooms. 

Kitchen renovation by our team which included design, layout, demolition, walls, electrical, plumbing and new pine floors installed to match the rest of the house. We provided colour consulting with the client to achieve a unique yet soothing look to their kitchen. 

New feature wall was installed by Tim to add a design element to this house. Walls were repaired, new skirting installed, new down lights, ducted aircon and plush soft carpet installed.

This was an old run-down 2 bedroom cottage transformed into a huge 4 bedroom 2 bath cottage. We kept the quaintness of the front facade but extended to the back of the house. All CDC managed by Broome Built Homes along with new roofing, structural extension, new flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, master suite and all external works. 

Clean lines modernised this once dated home. Kitchen design, layout and installation done by our team. Square set ceilings elevated the look of this house. Works done included demolition, new floors, plastering, painting, electrical, plumbing, aircon and custom kitchen install.
